Drema Dawn Wurster (Watson), 66, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025 after a brief illness. Preceding her in death are her loving husband, Joe Wurster; her parents, Russell and Norma Watson; her mother-in-law, Margaret Wurster; and her beloved dogs, Nakai and Neo.
She is survived by her daughters, Heidi and Kate; her father-in-law, James Wurster, Sr.; brother-in-law, James Wurster, Jr.; her six siblings, many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
Per her request, there will be no funeral services.
In place of flowers, please consider donating in her name to one of the organizations that were near and dear to her heart: Indianapolis Animal Care Services (where she adopted her beloved Neo), Rosie’s Southside Animal Shelter, or The Humane Society for Hamilton County.
Dr.Danna Leigh and I send our sincerest condolences to you. She is with the love of her life now and they will be watching over you.
