I remember staying over on Friday night’s & waking up Saturday morning & being able to drink coffee (lots of cream & sugar) w/ Gma & Gpa! Then off we would go to Kmart (East Wash.) Saturday afternoon she would roll out her noodles from scratch for Sunday lunch w/ the family. I miss her beef & noodles! I remember over summer watching her “stories” All My Children, One Life to Live, & General Hospital. I miss watching old movies w/ her so much.
I especially remember going to a prayer meeting at someone house and we got to know each other then very well then.
Many BLESSINGS and PRAYERS for friends and family.
This was my dear aunt. She was always so cheerful and as kids, Jimmie and I would sit on the floor and eat potato chips and ketchup (our homemade dip). I don’t think I ever saw her upset…She was a joy to be around. I know she loved Jesus and so is alive in Heaven, with so many that have gone before her. I know she and my Uncle Jimmie will be there together for eternity.
To the family, I know you will miss her so much, but you will see her again when you go to Heaven.
Today I was walking my dogs, and I saw two cardinals which is odd in my part of Florida..one bright red (male) and the other one was the female brown one. Immediately I thought of Jim and Joan, finally able to dart around together again. Joan, you were a wonderful mother in law. Rest in Peace ♥️♥️♥️ Love you !
