John F. Stroman, 56, of Noblesville passed away on January 14, 2021 at his home. He was born in Washington D.C. on February 24, 1964 to James and Louise (Faison) Stroman.
John was a member of the New Mount Olive Baptist Church in Washington D.C where he loved to worship. He will be fondly remembered as a man with an amazing personality who was seemingly always happy. He was the person that everyone would gravitate to and he had a knack for making everyone he encountered in his life feel special. If you met John only one time in your life, you would never forget him.
John loved to have fun — you could often find him singing, dancing or displaying his comedic talents! He had an amazing memory and absolutely loved kids. When he was not watching old-school television shows, John found joy in wrist watches, wearing flip flops and sporting a nice suit.
John is survived by one brother, James (Marquita) Stroman of District Heights, MD; an aunt, Nadine Redds of Washington, D.C.; four nephews, Carnell Nunnley of Noblesville, Jerry (Danita) Budd of Waldorf, MD, Delante Tilghman of District Heights, MD and Daniel Budd of Capitol Heights, MD; six nieces, Taungier Budd of Laurel, MD, KeAuna (Nbiyeas) Mullins of Fishers, Jamel Stroman of District Heights, MD, Angela Tilghman, Latonya Tilghman and Amber Budd of Hyattsville, MD; and many loving great-nieces and great-nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Diane Budd.
