Anthony Howard “Tony” Weeks, 83, of St. Paul, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on May 4, 2025, at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, surrounded by his loving family.

Tony was born on September 4, 1941, in Salisbury, England, to Herbert and Janet (Flippins) Weeks. At the age of 18, he made the bold journey to the United States, where he soon discovered his lifelong passion—working with cars. He became a certified ASE Master Technician and went on to found Weeks Automotive in Anderson in the early 1980s. With hard work and dedication, Tony built the family business from the ground up and retired in 2003, leaving behind a legacy of craftsmanship and service.

Tony had a deep love for wildlife and was a long-time member of the National Wildlife Federation. Whether feeding birds, or simply enjoying nature, he felt most at peace under the open sky. A gifted woodworker and master of all trades, there was little that Tony couldn’t fix. More than anything, he will be remembered for his generous heart, quiet wisdom, and the countless ways he helped others throughout his life.

Tony is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Lynn (Ford) Weeks; his son, Tim Weeks of Bloomfield; his sister, Diane Harris of the United Kingdom; his daughter-in-law, Stacy Weeks of Anderson; and his sister-in-law, Lee (Dave) Butler of Florida. He was a proud grandfather to Shelby (Natalie) Weeks of Fishers; Eli (Cathy) Weeks of Anderson, Cameron (Ashley) Weeks of Los Angeles, CA, and McKalyn (Jared) Weeks of Anderson. He also leaves behind four great-grandchildren—Jasper, Jude, Ziggy, and Porter—along with his cherished cat Toni, several favorite snow geese, and many dear friends and neighbors whom he truly adored.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Eddie Weeks and James Weeks; and his daughter-in-law, Lisa Mich-Elle Weeks.

Private graveside services will be held at Union Chapel Cemetery in St. Paul.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Wildlife Federation or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
