Jeffery Michael Short, 36, of Gwynneville, IN passed away much too young on October 20, 2018.  He was born in Rushville, IN on August 1, 1982.

Jeff attended Morristown High School and was a member of the Franklin Chapter of DeMolay.  He worked at the Sunshine Café in Richmond where he enjoyed being a line cook.  His true passion, though, lies in the arts.  Jeff was a gifted singer/songwriter and spent countless hours playing his guitar.  He enjoyed writing (but hated spelling!) and could play any instrument he picked up.  He will forever be remembered for his loving spirit and his ability to make people smile.

Jeff leaves behind four beautiful children; Jordyn Short, Hayley Short, Isabella Riley Marr and Jeffery Michael Short II; loving parents, Tammra Marie (Short) Lime, Michael A Short and J. David Lime; siblings, Emily M. (Short) Salyer, Anthony M. Short, Jamie D. Short, Abbagail L. (Short) Isaac, Jacob M. Short, James Lime, Scott Lime, Patricia (Lime) Cox.  He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and loved-ones including his girlfriend, Sabrina Stewart.

Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Helen Marie Foster, Frank B. Furman, James E. Short and  Shirley Ann Short.
